Description of Work: HAD TO HAVE MY CARPETS CLEANED BECAUSE THEY WERE VERY DIRTY...THE EMPLOYEE THAT CAME OUT TO DO THE WORK WAS VERY GOOD. HE USED SOME CLEANING FORMULA ALONG WITH HIS MACHINE, AND MY CARPETS CAME OUT CLEAN AND SPOTLESS...
