"We told your grandfather from the beginning that we charge $90 an hour. Regards the quality. I gave your grandfather all options and he chose the quickest one to save you money. Even though I have pictures for the cable that we ran from outside the house to inside the wall and we put in a wall plate, I wish I could share it with my response."

It was horrible. The guy came out only to get paid and not to address the issues at hand. I may not have communicated well with him. There obviously was a language barrier. He came into my home in a rush like he knew just what I needed and never addressed the issue at hand. Collected his money and the issue were never corrected. I blame myself totally. It was my fault and my fault alone.

"Certainly it was your fault, this guy he called and asked to crimp ethernet cables that already there for his smart TV's, once arrived we found there are no ethernet cables and he doesn't know cat6 from RG6 cables. anyway we ran ethernet cables to his TV's after I asked him are you sure these are smart because they looks old! he said yes I used internet on them before, to find out he has only one smart TV and he is using amazon firesticks which they are wifi only no hardwire. when he found he cannot use the cables with amazon he pissed off. Blame your self because you don't know if your TV's are smart or no and If my language is broken but still I can understand when you are speak. If he described what he needs from the beginning I could give him my suggestions, but he said I need hard wires to my TV's because they keep buffering over wifi, I thought he knows what he is doing."

Representative was very professional, innovative and resourceful. He diagnosed the problem correctly and replaced my monitor with an excellent one for a good price. He also solved an unrelated ongoing problem with my cloud and outlook settings and it took only one additional hour. I will definitely call them again for any IT issues.
