He never came to work on time and was slow. He would just kind of show up. Work was sloppy and incorrect. He didn't take the time to do anything right. He didn't cut the hole correctly for the hardware, so they had to remove the tile and re-cut. He charged me for this. He had a relative do the tile work. He gave me quote of $5800, that we agreed upon. After the work was done, the tile man told me there was another $4000 in additional charges. I will pay the bill that we agreed upon, but I will not pay the extras.
