I need to make it absolutely clear that the local Rooms to Go Showroom in Douglassville, GA is beyond wonderful. My saleswoman, Cassandra, the office manager, Gina, and the store manager David are exceptionally professional and perform their roles with the highest degree of integrity for this company.
Approximate cost of $5300.00 is corrected from the previously reported 6K.
YET ALL THE LOCAL HARDWORK IS STYMIED BY THE DISCONNECT THAT EXISTS ONCE THE ORDER LEAVES THEIR HANDS...MY FURNITURE IN THEIR WAREHOUSE DOES ME NO GOOD. I NEED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND DELIVERY TO BE IN TOUCH WITH THE SHOWROOM AND WITH HEADQUARTERS IN ORDER TO RECEIVE MY FURNITURE AND THEIR ROLE SHOULD BE TO ENSURE THAT I RECEIVE MY PRODUCTS IN A TIMELY MANNER. GOOD GRIEF!!!
