Did not vacuum the stairs, did not clean fans, did not clean bathroom counters in Master, I had to ask them to go back and dust the nightstands. They mopped the floor initially with plain water!? It was extremely sticky so I asked them to remop with actual cleaner. I also had to ask them to mop the dining area. They did not move any chairs or anything from around tables to vacuum. They didn't clean the fireplace area and then they didn't empty my vacuum after they were done using it.
I contacted the owner and spoke to her on the phone at length and she told me they would fix this and come and clean my house in a day or two. She kept texting back and forth with me - rescheduling and then I never heard from her again. Extremely Unprofessional behavior.
