Owner is very casual/nonchalant about his work product. All talk, very chatty, but the work product sucks. Brags about a warranty, that apparently doesn't exist. Overcharges, I still cant remember what I paid for, perhaps I can write it off on my taxes next year. Very dissatisfied with the services and will never refer nor recommend this company to anyone.
He did not fix the shower and it is not working. It is scalding hot. I called him to fix it and he just tried to give us a ?do-it-yourself? lesson over the phone.
I called him again he said he would charge us to come back even though he had given us a warranty. When I brought this up he started screaming at me and said that I was being discriminator against him because because I would not have a problem paying a white person to do the work.
