+ -1 moreThe staff at the My Oreck Store in Douglasville are always courteous and respectful. They are very knowledgeable and helpful in making recommendations regarding maintenance that will be beneficial vice just getting a sale. They have a full line of Oreck products and are a great convenience for us living in Carrollton.
Description of Work: This store has been helping to maintain our two Oreck vacuum cleaners for over 6 years now. The specific work tied to the date and cost of service specified was to replace the bottom plate on one vacuum cleaner because it had become damaged and was going to lead to scratching our wooden floors. We drop our vacuum cleaners off at least once every year for inspection and cleaning to ensure proper operation.
