The installers were prompt. They were very skilled and competent as they went about their task. They explained some of the features of my new appliances and answered any questions I asked. They cleaned up, packed up, made absolutely sure I was happy with the appliances and installation and left. Awesome.

We were very satisfied the dishwasher now works at first it was not using water when going through the wash cycle. The owner was able to spot the problem right off, by just asking questions. We saved money because we were able to do the repair ourselves.

I have used Mitchell Appliance Co for many of my appliance repairs and I have always been satisfied. The man who came is very nice and professional and he was right on time. He got right to work and got it done quickly. Most of the price was the trip fee.
