Gas fireplace inspection including checking gas line, cleaning gas, cleaning debris in fireplace, etc. Called to make appointment and I received an appointment for the following week. Company called the day before appointment to confirm. Technician contacted me the day of the appointment before arrival to give me an ETA. He was friendly, professional, and very thorough. I will hire annually for inspection.

Well they got it working but it got to where they would come out periodically because it would start to malfunction. When they left it would work, but it would mess up in a week or two they never got it fixed.

It went great. The two guys were quick, efficient and very clean. They were in and out in about 45 minutes and even talked to me about the attic fan that I don't use. They put heavy plastic over it and then blew in the insulation. If I ever want to use the fan I can just pull the plastic off and it's ready to go. They cleaned up everything and were incredibly polite. I already knew the price and it was exactly as they had quoted. The added insulation has a positive impact on how the house feels and has already cut my electric bill by at least 30% as the air conditioner doesn't have to work as hard or often since the cool stays in the house. I highly recommend them.

I called Metro Garage Doors because the Rubber Weatherstripping was worn out and I was getting bugs and worms in the garage. The Weatherstripping was installed and on one door the weatherstripping wasn't laying like it should when the door was closed. The Installer did some thing to the Garage door to make the weatherstripping work properly. I think It made the door slam down harder on the rubber weatherstripping. Each day I opened the door the weatherstripping was starting to fold. It was no longer laying flat. I called the company to tell them my problem. And the woman that answered the phone said. I would have to pay another service call fee. First of all I live in Douglasville, where the company is located. I had already paid Metro Doors a $59.00 service call. The installer failed to mention he adjusted the garage door several times to make the rubber weather stripping operate correctly. He should've said if you have any problems I will make a note of it and we'll come back and fix it. So they only warrant their work for 30 days. Well, now the rubber weatherstripping isn't working correctly. So now I'm getting worms and bugs again in the garage. My $197.00 is gone down the drain and I will have to call another company to fix the problem. I gave a D rating for Professionalism, because the woman who answered the phone gave me the impression she could care less.
