I hired Maxwell Solutions to handle an interior renovation of two houses including minor reconfiguration of the floorplan, two new bathrooms, all new paint, flooring, hardware and lighting. I'm thrilled with the result. They did a superb job, stayed within budget/ contract price, adhered to established timelines and went above-and-beyond by repairing some sub-standard drywall finish work that had been bugging me for ten years. A very fair competitive price for a large roof. The quality of materials was the same as estimates from other more expensive companies. They said the installation would take them up to 4 days. They completed the job in 2 and a half days! The employees were very nice and did a good job of cleaning up. I definitely will use them on my commercial properties.
