They were great. Did a wonderful job and would like to use them again. They were very responsive in the summer, but I have another job I need them to do and I haven't heard back from them after two attempts. I will try once more because they did such a good job earlier this year.

The painters were professional and considerate, the workmanship was excellent and the job was cleaned up spotless - with the exception of being a little late to the job, everything went very smooth. Very happy with this Company.

Took forever and a day and multiple calls to even get something scheduled. Workers showed up that did not perform as requested (wanted lock changed). But I was not about to argue the point with them. It was what it was.

Communication was great, painters did a good job. Day of in the middle of work, while waiting for first coat of paint to dry the Boss or owner in the office called me and gave me a story of how my walls were a little higher then normal (not so, only about 10ft, no where near cathedral) and tells me his 15 year experience guy says they will need to do another coat, after discussing what exactly the issue was and him telling me they want to charge an additional $125 he then says they did 2 coats and will need a third. I ask him to clarify and he defaults back to ceiling height and talking about the color of the previous paint. I explain I bought paint plus primer eggshell base paint and then find they have only done 1 coat of paint! he says he will call his guy back and get more info. Speak to him 10 min later and now the same guy is a professional with 25 years experience and due to his experience can already see before second coat is done it wouldn't be up to their standard to leave it at 2 coats even though they just started doing the second coat because the new paint is white and wall is brown. I get pictures and wall is looking just fine even before drying in the LIGHT GREY paint I got, I explained the paint is NOT white and before we talk paying for an extra coat it makes more sense to wait and see how the second comes out. He has no argument and says okay we can discuss after the second coat is finished. Painters finish and walls look great! Boss guy never calls back to discuss again about how a 3rd coat is needed. Obviously trying to take advantage and squeeze more money out of me. BEWARE of this simple scheme tactic, he wasn't rude or forceful but I for one do not like when a service tries to use experience to push a customer to pay more money unnecessarily. If you offer deals on Angie's List and provide descriptions of the services covered, you should honor that deal and original price, don't tell me how much it typically costs and I got it for so cheap to upsell me, you basically insulted me and called me cheap! If they hadn't tried this move i most likely would have used them again. Now I highly doubt I will be a return customer.

"[member name removed], Thanks for the review. I am sorry if you felt like we were trying to take advantage of you. That simply wasn't the case. We were just letting you know that it was possible that it would take a third coat because of the lighter color. My guy who has worked for me for 15 years was the one telling me that it may need a third coat. Also we still honored the $99 deal even though the room was bigger than what was specified. We haven't been in business since 1983 by trying to rip people off or take advantage of them. So I assure you that that was not the case in this situation. Good luck in your future ventures! Sometimes when using eggshell or satin finish markings from previous drywall damage or even old paint shows up. Manley Brothers just finished painting our new home. They did a wonderful job and followed our instructions carefully. The caulking, trim work, and other detail work were well-done. Got it all done in a few days.

THEY WERE RESPONSIVE, BUT I HAD TO POINT OUT PLACES THEY MISSED AND REQUIRED MORE ATTENTION TO DETAIL. THEY WERE VERY CORDIAL AND RESPONSIVE.
