We have had a horrible 6 weeks with this company that I would highly recommend anyone and EVERYONE to stay as far away from as possible. First of all, there is a known $100 fee to just have them come out to you. That fee is removed from the total cost of the work if they proceed forward with the work. This is an important information - we highly prefer people with this kind of offer as it allows us to make sure we're making the best decision possible without making multiple 'service visits' from differing companies. This order started back in November 7th. We had them come out to diagnose our Dishwasher, and they found the board needs to be replaced as it's currently returning an error. With the promise that the $100 would be taken out of the order for the initial diagnosis if they completed the work, we agreed that it was on the table but we needed a day to look at the price of dishwashers that are comprable. After reviewing, the total price they would charge us is $485 for the repairs. We decided this was better than a whole new dishwasher, and called back within the week in order to get the service as they did not have the part on them at the time. Then it started. Two weeks to wait for the part to come in - they don't have it. We agree and ask them to order the part. Two weeks later, no part, no callback, no follow up. We follow up and are told it's ok, there was a delay, it'll be another week. It is now December 18th and following this process of a complete lack of follow-up care, complete lack of honoring the time quote, and complete lack of any quality assurance and we are still without a dishwasher, they are still without the part. We have called and asked them to either refund the $100 for the service fee, as speaking honestly this situation is unacceptable - the rep that called back left a passive-aggressive message stating it wasn't their fault, it's because we didn't want it at first, that it's our fault that they haven't been able to honor their 2 week quote. That we can call back and get this service scheduled. I'll add that EVERYTIME we have called, we have had to leave a message for callbakc. Doesn't matter time of day. Doesn't matter when. Everytime, this company sends you to voicemail and you get to wait to recieve a callback from this company. This is the worst service we've had, and we'll likely be looking for a chargeback on our card as the $100 was never honored for what it should have been over a month after their 2 week promise.

I called to have my washer and dryer is maintained under a warranty. Once Mitchell got to my house we discovered that the washer was under warranty but the dryer was not. For my washer he suggested that I use vinegar on a rinse cycle Sinclair out there and debris. Never really fixed the issue I had with the loud noise during agitation. My dryer which wasn’t covered by the company’s warranty, was fine but because he did a diagnostic (just putting in a code,) he charged me $90. $90 to tell me that my apartment complex needed to clear out the outside vent. He could’ve given me advice over the phone on what to do. He did nothing with the machines other than look forever codes and none came up for my dryer. For my washer I had to clean it out, once I put the vinegar in it, on the cleaning cycle a massive amount of dirt came out of the vents. Would not recommend

TRICKSTER (BE AWARE!!) --I told him over the PHONE OVEN unit's fan was continually running (Thermostat), the glass in oven door was cracked, one number on the pad was not working and the seal needed replacing over the phone -- I asked him to confirm my thoughts while on the phone with him -- if the cost of repair was too high for repair -- I even said I'll probably just needed to get a new unit -- all while still on the phone -he said well I'll have to check and I said you should just know the cost, then I said you have to come to my house to check prices?? before you can tell me -- he came --called another customer while standing in my kitchen --I couldn't even ask him any questions -- when he finished setting up his call with that person --he then turned on my stove told me what I already told him over the phone and while here called and got prices for parts I already told him about -- he then wrote up a receipt and CHARGED ME $80 for what I ALREADY TOLD HIM THEN He LOOKED ON LOWES TO QUOTE ME PRICES FOR UNITS THAT I ALREADY KNEW THE PRICES OF AND SAID "MAKE SURE YOU CHECK WITH SCRATCH AND DENT SECTION --- The sad thing is I called him only because I had used him in the past......I will not use him EVER AGAIN NOR WILL I RECOMMEND THIS TRICKSTER... then I found out through church members he had OVERCHARGED THE CHURCH REPEATEDLY ON UNESSESARY ITEMS-- I WILL NOT USE HIM AGAIN NOR RECOMMEND HIM FOR THIS TRICK!!!

He was very reasonable & very nice. He came when he said he was going to come, did what he said he was going to do and charged what he said he would charge. He cleaned up everything when he was done & checked the line to make sure it was working. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing appliance repair work. He doesn't take credit cards but he does take cash or checks.

My appliances are Whirlpool, and M&H is a whirlpool certified for repairs. He was on time, and quickly assessed what was wrong with my appliances. He had to order the parts, and come back another day to install them. Overall everything was working great when he was done, and it was also nice to work with a repairman that is associated with the manufacturer, because one of the parts was still under warranty, and he took care of the warranty claim for me. My appliances are working fine now, but I would call M&H again in the future if I needed another repair.
