"Congratulations on your promotion/new job!"
They were able to take my money quickly, but they have yet to give me my resume, which is what I paid for. I find it very insensitive and inappropriate of her to quote my personal business about the deaths in my family too.
Update: I paid her up-front, and because I did not receive my resume in a timely manner, my bank refunded the cost to me. I got two phone calls from Logos at 9 am and 9:02 am on 7/20/2013, and told her what the bank had done. I told her to contact the bank about the charges, since they had refunded me the money. I had to call Angie's List on numerous occasions to get her to call me, because she would not return my calls. She called me after I first gave this review, and was upset that I left a negative review. With the resume that she has provided to me, I have not gotten a job.
"Our business tried to help (deleted member name) by providing her a questionnaire necessary to produce the resume' and cover letter she needed. She never returned the questionnaire and stopped receiving our calls due to what she called "multiple deaths in her family." She finally replied after numerous attempts from my assistant and I. To date, this person has not sent the information she needed. We are willing to still help her in light of her family's situation. She only needs to return the questionnaire either by uploading it on our website, emailing it directly to me or by faxing it."
