The service was fabulous and very professional, I was very pleased with the installation of the new vinyl wood flooring.

Seriously the best! First off, if you have an insurance claim call K&M. Long story short my toilets water line came loose and the entire first-floor flooring needed to be replaced. I contacted K&M and John (the consultant) was out in less than an hour, John was fantastic! John went over the whole process with me - he went over different flooring options, cost, timing, installation, and what to expect. John's communication was second to none, he was constantly updating me on my project. Next came install day - Crew chief Paulo and his crew rocked! Super nice guys, were obviously very experienced and fast! Once Paulo and his crew get started they don't stop, they knocked out my floors in a day, no joke, one day... And the floors look great!! I chose the "Aruba" color, I love it. Super durable and they look exactly like hardwoods. Best of all, John and his crew helped me deal with my insurance adjuster. Before I chose K&M my insurance adjuster was a complete nightmare; I'm lost when it comes to insurance claims. K&M took over my project and made my process 100 times easier and stress-free. John and crew took care of everything; they fought with my insurance adjuster to upgrade my old carpeted floors to new LVP floors for next to nothing out of pocket. The whole process was stress-free and I could not be happier. I don't normally leave reviews but I felt I needed to since this experience was so amazing. I will be recommending K&M, John, and Paulo to everyone; if you're looking to get new floors K&M needs to be at the top of your list.

We just had work done to our home due to a water leak that did damage in several rooms. I contact K & M Flooring and initially everything was great Jeremy was very nice and helpful and then the work began. The handy man that they sent out did not complete the work that was suppose to take a day. He left the first day and said he was coming back however he didn't know the work was not complete, he was coming to get a fan use to dry the sheet rock. He didn't come back until a couple of days later to complete a one day job. I took off work one day for him and he never showed up. The CONTRACTOR that did our floors in the laundry room was on time, very professional and worked very hard. Jeremy and Kristy did apologize however I never heard from Jason the owner about all that happened. The rest of the job that only took maybe an 1 hr was not complete for a week cause Jeremy had to finish it. I am disappointed in the customer service and the issue I had throughout this process....

The installation went well and the price was good. The only issue I had is that none of the samples that were provided from K&M and the other potential contractor were what I really wanted. I spent a lot of time on the phone directly with Shaw Flooring. My contact there was very helpful and she sent me various samples two or three times. Once I found what I liked, I gave the style info to K&M and they ordered the material. Anyone who is trying to replace carpeting and flooring should be aware that if you don't like the samples that are provided to you, you can work with manufacturers directly to find what you want. As long as the contractor has a relationship with the manufacturer they can order your selection.

Sample carpet brought to my home and beautiful carpet was delivered and installed at good price. Very professional installation. Took away old carpet and padding. Cleaned the floors before installing new carpet and padding. Great workers!

My new floors are stunning. Customer service was awesome. The installation crew was super respectful of my home and very kind. Melissa and Jason, the owners, were there at every turn. I will use them when its time to remodel my bathroom and put hardwoods in the downstairs!

It was very professional and my wife and I were very happy with the results. Would definitely recommend Jason and his crew to everyone.

This is the fourth room that we have had done by K & M. We are very pleased with the quality of their work and the professionalism of their workman. They are very pleasant to work with and are always here exactly when they say they will be. We have several more rooms to go and will use K & M for all them.

FANTASTIC!! I cannot say enough great things about our experience with K and M. They matched our 10-year-old hardwood floors perfectly. The seam lines are flawless, the color matches perfectly, and they even lined up the boards to mirror the boards on the other side of our doorway. We will definitely use them again when it comes time to refinish and restain our existing floors. Fantastic job!!

Outstanding

The crew showed up on time and did a fantastic job. They knocked out 1200 sq. ft. of laminate in about 6 hours. Got here early and knocked it out and made sure we were happy before they left. I plan to hire K & M Floors again to finish the rest of the house.

Timely...prompt...professional...economical. They did a great job.

Everything was outstanding. I'd hire them immediately again if I need their service.

Feels better than the home depot or lowes carpet options and actually was $100 less than quotes from them. Definitely worth a call to get a quote!

They were very good and the prices were good. We just changed our minds and did get the floor. It was a free estimate. It was just like one of those things where I call to get an estimate, I wanted to get it done and just wanted to get a price. They were on time, I remember that. They sent an email like right after. If I needed a floor I would call them. I'd never used them before.

Everything is an 'A,' that's why we used them again and that's why we're going to use them one more time.
