He is very professional and prompt. When I was trying to find an agent, I was shocked at how many seemed to not have time for me. If I am contacting you for the first time and I don't receive a response within a reasonable amount of time, I assume that you're just too busy to take on another client. I never had that problem with Jeff. He was very patient with us as we searched for the home we wanted. He always researched properties we inquired about quickly and returned calls and emails promptly. He is knowledgeable about the market and how the loan process works. We had a wonderful experience.
