IHI remodeled a chopped-up master bathroom to give us a large light-filled modern master bathroom. We are thrilled with the gorgeous and functional space. Gordon and Joshua ensured that any structural considerations were properly addressed. They had valuable suggestions for details and execution that resulted in the best outcome imaginable. The attention to detail was outstanding, and the finished product is flawless. We had previously worked with another contractor on some small upgrade projects, and the quality difference is quite noticeable. The poorer quality and difficulties we experienced there made us appreciate our experience with IHI even more.

Gorden and his son were extremely professional from start to finish. The project started with Gorden coming to our house to give an estimate, he took his time to ensure he had an idea of the full scope of work that need to be completed. The total job took six full days and the work preformed was top notch. The job site was always clean and tidy at the end of each day. At the end of each day Gorden would give us a full run down of work completed and what was left to complete. Gorden went out of his way to help keep cost down which we really appreciated. I would highly recommend IHI for all home repairs. They were outstanding!!

I work with Josh. He is very nice and takes his time to do a thorough job. He is honest and hard working. All around does a very good job. They are very professional.

Integrity Home Improvements did an awesome job in creating the room that we wanted. Gordon Bill, right from the start gave me confidence that what I was about to undertake would work. He spent over an hour going over everything and asking questions so that he could do an accurate estimate. Gordon told me the day before when and what time he would arrive at the house. He always showed up when he said he would within 15 minutes. He would even text me to say he would be 10 minutes late. The work was excellent. He only charged what he estimated and when I asked him to do more that originally planned, he would tell me how much prior to doing the work. To sum Integrity Home improvements work: it was done on time; no frustration where the contractor didn't show up; on budget; and best of all, beautiful work. I would and am recommending Bill Gordon's company to those who need handyman work done.

I found the contractor to be very professional and informative in his conversation and correspondence as we discussed the cost and details related to the building of a detached garage. In the end we decided a full build out and finishing of a garage (24x30) with a bathroom and upstairs area was not in our budget at this time. I will definitely keep this company in mind when the budget allows for finishing of a garage as we decided to have just the shell of the garage built at this time so we can finish parts of it over a longer time period.

I was certainly very impressed by these guys, from beginning to end. From estimate through end-of-job walk-through, it was a delight. I knew pretty much what I wanted concerning location and dimensions, but had some gray area that I was looking for some advice on. Gordon came over, we talked through options, and he followed up with a series of phone calls as we narrowed it all down. He was cool with what I wanted, and made exactly the kind of suggestions I was looking for. The crew (2 men) worked efficiently and cleanly (even cleaning up after each day of work, in an unused space!). This job involved a bit of framing, which they tackled consummately. They put all my insulation and other special framing work back in place, too. None of the tricks and shortcuts you might expect from lesser craftsmen. They simply got the job done the right way. The results look great and there are no leaks, even after several very rainy months (writing this review some 4 months later). I can't recommend this company highly enough.

I highly recommend Integrity Home Improvements. Gordon Bill and his sons are professional, highly skilled, knowledgeable of their trade, punctual, and respectful. They took the time to plan and execute each phase of my porch beyond my expectations. I will hire them again for any future project in my home.

I needed the ramp done very quickly. My wife had fallen and broke her hip. We needed the ramp in three days to be able to get her in and out of the house. They were very responsive and thorough in making measurements. Initially they went through two possible designs. I got a call back the next day with a better design and a fixed price, barring any inspector required changes. They juggled some other committments and got the deck functional by the time we needed it. They only lacked a small number of hand rails to complete it which were done shortly afterwards. They also cleaned up part of the driveway where leaf mold had been infused with tree roots and blocked part of the driveway at no additional cost. It was not in the original proposal but was a big help to me. It is the first time I have ever seen a contractor actually have the building codes book open and referring to it to make sure that the project was done up to code. It passed with flying colors. They were all friendly and due to my situation were a life saver. I had originally called another contractor to get competitive bids. He called me back a week after the ramp was completed and my wife was home. I had some assorted work done on the house done several years earlier that they gave me a bid on. I went with another contractor who did a mediocre job at best. I wish I had used them on that job.

It went very well. They were very professional and completed work in timely fashion. They completed job from drawings to pulling all permits. They made possible stressful situation to a stress free situation.

Bill (owner) did the job while I stayed with family members. I turned over our house keys and gave him full range of our residence alone. I thank God that he sent this contractor into my life. They are trustworthy and take pride in their work. After the work was completed, he gave me a walk through. He did an excellent job.

The overall story is that with an old house there are always new problems cropping up and old ones to be attended to. I can honestly say that Gordon and Josh have been able to creatively and permanently solve any and all of the ones we have encountered in the last 5 years. I am writing this review just address their newest success in helping us maintain the porch of our historic home over the course of the last . They are thorough, completely honest, and reliable perfectionists who have always produced first class workmanship. The only "B" I might have assigned to them is price, because they are not cheap. But I changed it to an "A" because I know that the work will hold up: They are worth every penny that they charge!

IHI responded to my request for a quote in a timely manner, they gave me a thoughtful quote and talked to me about my options for repair. After I chose them from the quotes I had obtained, they fit me into their schedule within the time frame that I requested the work to be completed. When they were done, except for the repairs, it was like they were never there. All remnants of the old stairs and rotted soffits were removed. There was no additional cost after the work was complete. I will definitely keep them in mind for my future repairs.

They are great problem solvers. They are very fair, honest, reliable and prompt. I have complete confidence in them on whatever they say they can fix. They are worth the money. Gordon Bill is the person we were dealing with. They have been wonderful. We've spent thousands of dollars with them and they have done all kinds of things for us. They are coming here again next week, so we will be using them again in the future.
