"Thank you so much for using Integrity Home improvements and taking the time to write this review for us. Whether we are doing a large remodel or a smaller job like you asked us to do, we want to do quality work and please the people we are doing the work for! My Dad use to say, "If a job's worth doing, it's worth doing right.""
"It has been a delight to do handyman jobs for this kind lady, now two different times. When a previous client calls us again for additional work or recommends us to others, we are most grateful, not just for the additional work but to know that they were pleased with our work and service to the point they are willing to trust us again for a new project and/or to recommend us to a friend, family member or work associate."
"Wow! Thank you for this review. When people hire us to do a job, they are putting their trust in us to perform their work in a professional manner and not leave them with a mess to clean-up. It takes a lot of work and attention to detail to install skylights properly so they won't leak. A client's trust in us to do the job right inspires us to not let them down! We are so thankful that this client trusted us to do what we said we would do and he was pleased with our craftsmanship & service. When our clients are pleased, then we are pleased!"
"This member called us to remove a 12' section of wall between two rooms so could have one large room. We looked at the job and gave a price to do the work. She and her husband accepted our bid even though we told them we were very busy and they would have to wait until we had an opening to start their project. They patiently waited until we could get started. They were also helpful during the project by moving their car to a different spot each day so we could get closer to their front door with our work vehicle. Since completing the project, they have shared with us how much they are enjoying having the wall gone and one large room. We are so thankful for this couple choosing us to do the work, for their patience in waiting until we had an opening, for being easy to work for, and even for their well mannered children who were respectful, not a nuisance, and even fun to be around!"
It is the first time I have ever seen a contractor actually have the building codes book open and referring to it to make sure that the project was done up to code. It passed with flying colors.
They were all friendly and due to my situation were a life saver. I had originally called another contractor to get competitive bids. He called me back a week after the ramp was completed and my wife was home.
I had some assorted work done on the house done several years earlier that they gave me a bid on. I went with another contractor who did a mediocre job at best. I wish I had used them on that job.
"When this Angie's List member called, we, honestly, were quite surprised, for like he mentioned at the end of his review, he had years ago asked us to bid a repair job at his house for which he did not use us. However, we were glad for a second chance to win his favor and help him at his point of need. With his wife about to return home from the hospital (physical therapy?) he needed someone to build a handicap ramp from his driveway up to his front porch so he could get her from the car into the house. We were able to quickly give him a bid and what was really amazing is how smoothly the permitting process went. I think the Lord and the lady in the permit office all wanted to help us get this ramp built so this member could get his wife into their house! We enjoy building & remodeling, but we especially find them satisfying when we think, that, perhaps, the work of our hands has lightened the load of another or met a real life need. We are thankful this Angie's List member called us, trusted us to do the job, was able to get his wife into their house, was pleasant to work with and took the time to write a review!"
"[Member name removed] and his wife were great to work with on this project of changing a raw retail space into an upscale, eye-catching ladies boutique. They had a lot of good ideas about how they wanted things to look. Although some of the ideas were modified and others exchanged for better ideas they kept their eyes on the goal and were patient with us when we weren't exactly sure at first how to implement the new idea. But we've always enjoyed challenges and we particularly enjoyed the challenge they gave us of building a unique, curved ADA- approved dressing room. I thought it turned out well. [Member name removed] gave us a key so we could work when we needed to and then lock-up when we got through. He was very timely with his payments which really helps a contractor with his cash flow. It was a joy to work for [Member name removed] with his good business mind and his wife with her many creative ideas. They made a great team to work for and I'm so grateful for [Member name removed] taking time to submit his review!"
"We were humbled yet very appreciative when our client chose our company over five others she had talked to about finishing her basement. Being in the business world, she wanted our discussions of problems that arose and decisions along the way to be professional in nature yet pleasant in character. The real test came one evening when I received a call from our client after we had left the job site that the upstairs lights were not working. I was glad that she called me and not an after-hours electrical repairman especially after I discovered that I [the contractor] had probably caused the problem when I did not fully reset an arc-fault breaker earlier that day. I think we appreciated each other more after that incident. I'm thankful not only for being able to build-out our client's basement and the good work relationship we had throughout the project, but I'm also thankful for the great job our subs did and also for the excellent work of our own IHI craftsmen."
"We greatly appreciate being able to work for this fine Angies List member and being able to help her get back into her home after an unexpected plumbing disaster damaged her kitchen, LR, stairs, downstairs hall, bathroom and garage. Her review is greatly appreciated. People who take time to write reviews are usually people who are as busy as any of us and yet they carve-out time to help other Angies List members and to help the company they chose to do their work. Thank you for being easy to work with and carving-out of your busy schedule the time to submit this review!"
"Thank you for all the thought you put into writing this review. You certainly went out of your way to bring out many of the details of the work we did! I believe anybody that reads your review will be encouraged to contact us and especialy those with beautiful, older & historic homes . Joshua and I feel very blessed to have you as clients and friends!"
"This Angies List member really was an encouragement to work for. She knew what she wanted, communicated well, treated us as professionals and was grateful for the work we did. She also trusted us to do the work while she was not at home. We really like it when people trust us and don't want to disappoint them! Thank you for using Integrity Home Improvements!"
