Appliance Repair
This company deserves no stars, but one is the minimum on the BBB website. Our story with them is so long and convoluted that I cannot tell it all on this website. In summary, they don't show up when they promise, they lie to you about the status of a repair and they are overall dishonest. The damaged a clothes dryer that they were not even scheduled to repair(they repaired a washer). They took the dryer away to repair and it took 2 MONTHS for them to tell us that it was unrepairable. They offered $400 to pay for the dryer they damaged. They dryer cost us $1000 so we refused the low ball offer, they referred us to their insurance company who denied a claim and now they will not take our call. In the meantime, we had to buy a new dryer because of their negligence.

Appliance Repair
The person who attended did a lousy job of fixing the leak. He did not change the part that was leaking ( it was broken) instead just tightened it and charged me an exorbitant $134 for the lousy service. I had to call another company who fixed the issue and also changed the heating element and the leaky part for under $105.
