He did an outstanding job. He was very reasonable on the price and he did more than what we paid for. He saw that we needed steps in one spot and he had some extra wood, so he build the new steps for us without us asking.

Did a great job. Once the wood was repaired and the rainy weather cleared, he showed up one morning with about 8 guys in his crew and knocked out the deck, railings, steps, all the exterior of the house. Due to the walk out basement in back, he had to coat the entire 3 floors of siding and the gutters, which are about 40' up. Not for those afraid of heights!
Protected shrubs and other personal stuff-yard furniture and alike when they did the siding. Once dry, scraped the windows with razor to get any overspray off them.
