"I'm sorry you feel that way. We did what you contracted us to do. What you want us to fix on your roof has nothing to do with siding we repaired 4 months ago. We did however offer you a full refund for the original job since you were being unreasonable and sarcastic and calling me dishonest. You refused and insisted that I come and fix your leak."

Drywall Repair
I hired them to repair drywall wall and ceiling, tape and mud, and apply popcorn ceiling texture, my issue is the overall drywall repair was horrible, popcorn ceiling texture was not good and got the spray on my pipes, He left debris and residue on work area and porch. I can see tape on wall from where mud was not applied correctly. The owner brought a worker Tony and left Tony to finish, then tried to tell me it is not the owners fault that Tony did sub par work. Jeremy the owner was rude and manipulative.

"First of all we never had a contract. You never paid me a dime. We agreed on price over the phone, once I got there Tony had already started working. You demanded a discount and became very unreasonable. I told you I'm done I dont want to work with you. Since Tony was already into the Job with your ceilings opened up I thought I would do you a favor and let you work directly with Tony ( since this was 2 days before Christmas) or I could pull him off. You agreed to work out a side deal with him. And now you call me complaining. I'm sorry You should have paid what you agreed too and this would have never happened."
