Had to be called back multiple times to chase down leaks in the roof. After 3 or 4 callbacks a different contractor came out and said that the previous roofer had been fired and he has been redoing a lot of his work. He inspected the roof and made a few patches. The roof still had a minor leak. Called the contractor out again. He came out and inspected the roof and said he would return. He never showed up again. I called him several times and left messages but my calls were ignored.

Very reliable, professional, always on time, pleasant to deal with, courteous, did a good job cleaning up the yard after work was completed. Quality of work and materials: excellent.

They did a good job of the roof, but I feel they were not careful with my property. Three bushes to be replaced, scrapped siding, to many nails missed, but the most concern was a brand new awning that was just put up; has 2 minor dents. They did not bother to cover it with plastic to protect it, even though someone came that very day and told them to do so per my request, and how I felt about it, that no damage better happen. After the complaint they came out while we were not home and said they saw nothing. Even though the dents are minor, again it was brand new. They have refused to do anything which disappoints me in this company. I do intend to file with BBB. Re-hire would depend on outcome.

"This was several years ago but I did not recall a complaint about damaged shrubbery and we definitely would have sent someone back if we had been told about the cleanup. However Mr. Caldwell did go out and look at the awning. He saw no damage whatsoever to the awning, it looked brand new. We are sorry this customer was disappointed with our company as we do strive to please every customer and handle things professionally."

THEY WERE HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY. THEY SEEM TO BE PRETTY HONEST. THEY GOT TO IT RIGHT AWAY. I THINK IT TOOK MAYBE AN HOUR FROM DRIVING IN TO PULLING OUT.

CREW ARRIVED ON TIME. ROOF INSTALL WAS DONE VERY WELL, BUT LOTS OF DEBRIS FROM THE OLD ROOFING WAS LEFT ON TOP OF A BACK PATIO COVER, AND A HOLE MADE IN ONE OF THE GUTTERS. ALL WAS TAKEN CARE OF BY THE CREW LEADER.
