Mark is absolutely amazing! He came out within and hour and half of being called...not only on a Saturday morning, but on New Years Eve! Mark installed the new thermostat and got the fan running within a short amount of time. Everything ran well for about an hour, and then the intermittent fan issue showed back up. A quick call to mark and he came back out at 6pm the same night! Upon further investigation he found a loose wire for the fan motor and also repaired some splices with corrosion. Every step of the way Mark explained what he was doing and why. He was extremely professional throughout the repair and installation. I would HIGHLY recommend Certified Air Care to anyone that needs AC work done right, in a timely manner, and for a fair price!
