The installers were supposed to be at my home between 8am and 9am to start, but didn't arrive until 10:45am - after a phone call to the store. Once started they did a great job, and stayed until the job was completed that day. I love my new floors.

They showed me a good quality carpet remnant that I could use in a color that would go with what I already had. They provided installation and I have been very pleased.

It looks like real wood and is so beautiful! They left everything clean and I am very pleased with the results! I was actually puppy sitting, and I had to leave for a doctor's appointment. The puppy was whining to go outside, and they actually took the puppy out for a walk!
