Lawn Service
He came out and gave the estimate. His price kept changing before he came out to start doing the work. He started laying mulch down before I told him it was time to start and only did about half the job. He told me he ran out of mulch and would require that months payment before he could finish laying the mulch. I gave him the money, he acknowledged receiving the payment he was asking for but he never came back to finish and told me he wouldn't be. I would not recommend them.
