Andy Black installed a bladder on the basement wall that was supposed to direct any water below the basement. The bladder doesn't do anything of the kind and water is leaking all over the basement. The corrective measure he installed failed and although he came to the house to see the problem first hand, since his visit he hasn't returned any calls or e-mails. Perhaps he underestimated the problem or he was incapable of handling the job but in the end he took my money and provided no service at all.
