Description of Work: Waterproof a part of my basement and provided a water removal system for my pool deck area. In and out of the basement in two days, covered everything in their working area with plastic, and walled off, with plastic, the part of basement they did not work in. For the pool area, in and out in three days, both are gravity type drains, no pumps needed.

+ -1 moreAndy Black installed a bladder on the basement wall that was supposed to direct any water below the basement. The bladder doesn't do anything of the kind and water is leaking all over the basement. The corrective measure he installed failed and although he came to the house to see the problem first hand, since his visit he hasn't returned any calls or e-mails. Perhaps he underestimated the problem or he was incapable of handling the job but in the end he took my money and provided no service at all.
Description of Work: Repaired a leaking patio. Installed a drain that didn't correct the problem. Promised to provide an estimate for additional work that was performed but never contacted me again. Wasted my money on a supposed fix to the problem.
