They ate friendly, came out quickly to give an estimate, and offered options to resolve the water runoff problem. I would use them again.

Bart was true to his word on every part of the project. I was pouring an extension to my driveway and an RV pad. They stacked the forms for the extension just as I had requested but then had a suggestion to slightly widen the entrance to the extension to make it easier to turn onto it with the RV. Of course this would require a little more concrete and cost. They never tried to push this, but allowed me to consider it. I took their advise and am so glad that I did! It would have been much more difficult to back the RV in without that slight widening. Bart had an amazing foreman for this job who knew his stuff and had a really hard working crew. They gave me a day and time and were there as they promised and finished when they said they would. I would definitely contact Bart again for any additional concrete work.

Fast and friendly. They took care of my needs perfectly. They even stayed work the same day they came out for the estimate. Incredible pricing and beautiful work.

Bart is a standup guy. Arrived on time to give estimate. Reasonable cost and willing to negotiate some. Arrived on time (a 2 day job) and did my job and my next door neighbor's job at the same time. Both families pleased with promptness of getting our jobs done and the quality. The patios under our decks really solve our problems.

Bart is an on time contractor. He and his crew is about doing the best job for the best cost. They cleaned up the area after finishing the job and moved the debris. I recommend him highly. They installed concrete under the deck which is about 7 feet from ground level and after it rained it got wet and ugly under the deck. Good job. I wish I could sent pictures! Bart was very timely with his responses and his pricing was pretty fair! He went the extra mile and ensured that we had a thick enough concrete even when it was completely out of our budget. He was able to take into consideration our pricing and budgeting and was willing to work with us. He and his crew came on time and ready to work. They cleaned up nicely as well. Bart and his crew are stand-up professionals. He quoted me for a job, that ended up being a much more difficult job than it should have. What would have been 5-6 hours ended up being two days, but Bart is a man of his word and stuck to his quote. It’s hard to find people of that caliber these days. If I had more money at the moment to pay them I would, but due to all my home projects, I only budgeted for the quote. They are an extremely hard working crew that I would STRONGLY recommend to anyone.

Bart responded promptly to my request and was flexible in waiting for my HOA approval to start working the project. He and his crew started and completed the concrete job over the Labor Day wknd completing in 3 days. My wife and I are extremely happy. our patio is now large enough for our outdoor furniture, level and ready for fun and relaxation

Looked at my project which was to pour a floor under my deck. He came the day I contacted him said he would figure the cost and get back to me . He called me back within an hour gave me a price and said he could do the job the next day. His crew arrived at 10:00 oclock like he said and they went to work job was complete by 5 P.M. They moved a lot of junk out of the way had fill dirt brought in leveled and formed and poured the slab. All I had to do was watch. I will hire Bart Cannon landscaping and concrete for additional projects.

If he would have just come out and taken a look at the final product and let me know what can be done, I would not have had to call into give this review.. I gave him two opportunities within a month to take a look at it and he hasnt done it. That is why I contacted HomeAdvisor for a resolution.
