We contacted Amanda via email and she made an appointment to come look at the house and provide us information about the process and a suggested listing price. She took photos and posted the listing to multiple sites. We have cats and were concerned about them getting out of the house during showings, so she made a point to call us every time there was a listing. There were multiple showings in the first week, and the house was under contract within a week. She kept us informed throughout the process, and came to closing the ensure all went well. Amanda was professional, courteous, and very helpful. We would use her again in a heartbeat if we were still in the area.
