 + -1 moreTom was a peach and the job was done perfectly. He explained that the part carried a 1-year warranty and the labor had a 30-day warranty. He made sure we were happy with the opening and closing action of the door before writing up the final invoice. Tom also promised prompt service if we ever need him in the future.
Description of Work: Replaced heavy-duty door closer on large, glass store-front door. Door was closing very quickly and Tom initially tried to finesse adjustment. After closer inspection, Tom concluded that closer was leaking hydraulic fluid and needed to be replaced. He explained what he was doing, what he was seeing, and gave me a firm quote for the part and labor to install it. He needed to order the part and returned on the day he promised to complete the job.
