+ -1 moreHe did not finish the work. He said it would take 4 days and said he would come back but he didn't. Not professional at all.

Marc Waddle did not have a builders or construction license. He hammered new wood into rotten wood and neglected to put up joists needed to secure the deck. He was to have gone out fifteen feet but went out twelve feet while saying the yard was granite. He never got a permit so it cannot be insured through my insurance company as it needs a permit to be inspected and approved.
