I use them all the time. They're quick, in and out. They have a little air conditioned waiting area, coffee and T.V. You just sit in there and wait. They have 3 or 4 different bays and most of the time one of them is open and they just tell you to pull right in. You tell them what you want and they give you a little sticker to put on your window. They normally know what you'll get.

Got right in. Told them to cchange my oil. I waited in the aironditioned office with a television and cofee maker. 10 minutes later I was paying for my service and was on my way.
