We had an emergency plumbing issue and called Mr. Rooter on a Friday morning. They indicated someone would call us on their way out to the house. At 4:55 we called them to inquire only to be told no one was coming and they would let us know Monday when they could make it. There is only one bathroom and the water was leaking. We called a dozen other plumbers as this was a necessary repair. Sunday we reached a father and son company that was 45 minutes away BUT they came to the house, made the repair, cleaned up after themselves, and were very professional. We gave them an awesome review! I can NEVER recommend Mr. Rooter. They did not care one bit!

It cost me over $200 to replace a $15 part on a shower and they didn't address the drip that was caused when the part was replaced.

They are great people. All the work they have done is always been great. They done several jobs over the years.

The young man who came to do the work answered my questions. He called before arriving to my home. Although, he had to leave to go and get parts for the drain pipes. I don't hold that against him. My home is old, and the pipe that was bad was the original pipe. We left the drain pipe leaking from the wall. He also fixed the toilet in my other bathroom.

He was on time very friendly and accurate,

solved the plumbing problem; talked to us before installing new toilet; found another problem and told us about it.

Great and fast service

I had minor work done; replacement of some outdoor spigots. They responded quickly to my request and the work was satisfactorily done. I will use Mr. Rooter when needs arise and will request the employee who relplaced the spigots for me.
