This company lacks communication skills regarding the service personnel which actually come to your home.Two service personnel arrived at my home to repair a sliding glass door which would not slide. They went down stairs and worked on the doors for about 15-20 minutes then got in their service truck and left without saying a word if and when they would be back. The next day I called the company office and asked "What is going on?" Finally I was informed by the person who answered the phone that they had to order the parts from Atlanta,Ga and that as soon as they got the parts they would call me to set-up an appointment. Then a few days later they called to set-up an appointment day. I waited all day long on the appointment day and they never showed up or even called to explain why they did not come. I called the office again the next day and asked when they would be back? Finally they came the next day and made the necessary repairs and like they did before they left without letting me know they were finished and without getting paid. I had to make a special trip out to their shop just to pay them.
