Description of Work: A split air conditioning unit in an upstairs office was not set up properly causing water to back up and go into the ceiling below and into a light fixture on the ceiling below. Robert assessed the problem, went about it in a very methodical way, answered all my questions, was timely, and was professional. He took a very conservative and thorough approach. He wound up cutting a small piece of plaster from the ceiling and then putting in a heat machine to make sure that the ceiling was dried out. Very happy all in all. He came out the next day after I had talked to him.

Have yet to see final bill as this will be handled through insurance. Company was responsive and worked intensively. The owner, Stuart Thiel, very much "hands on" with clean up crew, directing the supervisors on site. Intensive removal of dry wall, carpeting, ceiling took one full day with a crew of about a dozen. Company had its drying equipment in the house for over a week.
