My overall experience was good. I was disappointed that they did not screw in my mirror on my dresser and did not tighten up my bed. And now the screws are missinig for my mirror which is very heavy.

Fox was fabulous! Prompt, professional, careful, courteous. I would run out of superlatives before I could finish rating this company. Pompey did an excellent job scoping out the work. He was also very responsive to our last-minute changes. Then, Jason, Aaron, Jordan, Akeem, and Floyd totally exceeded our expectations. We could not have completed this stressful, short-timeframe, massive move without their incredible hard work, creativity, and total devotion to exemplary customer service. No gigantic chest was too big to fit in a tight space. Every piece of furniture was treated like a priceless antique. We have moved several times, and this company provided, by far, the best, most satisfactory experience weâ ve ever had. I would have no hesitation whatsoever about hiring them again or recommending them to my dearest family and friends. They are the best!!

The boxes were poorly marked and consequently we could not figure out what went where. During the packing, one of the packers helped himself to a beer out of my fridge then tried to hide the empty bottle in my bathroom vanity. Also, we kept a small tin that contained a dozen silver dollars and some foreign coins. I forgot that they were in a basket with some linens. The tin made it but the contents went missing. During the assembly of the beds, lack of competence resulted in ruining the bedrails to a set bought at Costco for $2500. The bed is now unusable. My only option is to find someone to custom make some rails for that bed. It will not be cheap. Lastly, one of my living room end tables had the veneer knocked off of a substantial portion. I do not know who is qualified to re-veneer wood. It too will not be cheap and more than likely not cost justified. Basically, I am out a couple of thousand dollars due to their incompetence and sticky fingers. FOX will only pay up to $50 and claims that limit is set by the NC Utilities Commission. This is not a simple case of damage during the move but one of gross negligence. I find myself with no reasonable recourse. When confronted, the supervisor told me that he did not know any of this. However, when I approached his manager I was told that his guys reported the damages immediately. If that is the case, why did I have to discover the damages on my own?

Although they were prompt, they lost a very important piece we need to put our sofa back together as well as the screws. They claim they would send a form for us to fill out which at this point does not help us in putting our sofa back together. Safety was important. As a note, if you take your furniture apart, they will not help you to put it back together. This was not mentioned in the initial call. I understand that their time begins when they leave their initial location. They called and told me they were fueling up. Well, that was the time I was being charged. They should either had fueled up before or not begin charging me until after they had fueled up. I also had several broken glass Pyrex dishes. THINK TWICE BEFORE HIRING THIS COMPANY!

Rasheed, Travis and Tim were an awesome team! They got me moved quickly and neatly. They wrapped large items so nothing would spill out and reinforced some boxes with tape. I would definitely call them again to move me.

From start to finish, Fox Moving was professional, considerate and went above and beyond to meet our needs. I would 100% recommend them to others and will use them again in the future.

Great experience

We had 4 extremely professional, hardworking and very kind gentlemen help us move some heavy items from the house to storage on Sunday August 22nd. We were so impressed by them! Their kindness and work ethic were second to none. We highly recommend Fox Moving and Storage and would hire them again and again! Beyond that the price was significantly better than any other quote we were given with their own truck! Thank you Fox and crew!!

The company was great but the mover was the best. Stephen, Jay and Fab did and outstanding job. Very professional and Courteous. I would recommend that team of health young men to help anyone move. Thanks again to Fox moving and storage.

The two men did a perfect job in a very short time. I was totally impressed.

The movers could not fit everything in the truck, none of the furniture was wrapped so almost all of it was chipped or scratched; they broke a mirror in the driveway as they were moving me out of the old house, they arrived later than agreed on, and several of my bookcases legs were broken.

The experience was terrible! Just a bunch of amateurs just interested in getting the job done quickly, then lobbying for a gratuity. They took no care to use enough moving blankets, and scratched, broke and damaged my furniture. Do not use Fox Moving Company!!

This business was very good to work with. Taran did a terrific job organizing the move details and the moving team of Stephen Graham, Zoe, and Jake were pleasant to work with, I was stressed about a few things and they said,, "We are here to make things easier for you - let us handle this." I would recommend one thing to the company: my daughter's queen wooden bed frame with drawers had a section where the bolts were stripped, therefore that section got left behind because it was too big to turn the sharp corners in our stair well if that section wasn't taken apart. I ended up having to get it disassembled and moved on my own. A friend had a gadget called a "Screw Extractor that took the bolt out in no time. You might want to consider keeping that tool on your trucks.

Movers left more than half of items at old house. I had to rent a truck to retrieve the rest of the items. They still charged full amount, move cost me double the amount and twice the time to move. Would never use or recommend them again.

The service was great! Cameron, Mike and Sav were my movers. They were very friendly and professional. The move was done in a timely manner. None of my items were damaged. I would recommend this company to others!
