Audio Lab provided an accurate estimate of costs up front. We paid $100 when we dropped off the items, or approx. a 30% deposit. Work was promised and completed in about 1 week. Very satisfied with the people and the service. When I called midway through the week, I was updated on progress. Very friendly small business operating in a true niche market. Lots of old electronics awaiting repair in this shop. They will discuss with you over the phone or by email your service needs. They accept cash, check and all major credit cards. I was able to drive my items to the store and pick them up. Shipping is also possible.
Description of Work: Four Jensen Spectrum 530 floor speakers (vintage late 1970s) needed cleaning of controls & re-foaming of the woofers. Audio Lab checked over the speakers and controls. We also had an early 1990s Technics turntable serviced including. check out, lubrication as necessary, a new belt and a new needle/cartridge.
