Substitued inferrior materials. Did not build the house to specs. Poor framing sub crew which caused many further issues. Refusing to fix punch list items. Held us hostage at closing for an approximately $8,000.00 on change orders which did not occur. House would have gone into forclosure as he placed a lien on the property which prevented us from closing. He said he underbid the house and extorted us to get the extra money.

.They were excellent! I could not have asked for anything better. They cleaned up every day when they were done. There was never anything left in the yard. They put on a 400 foot sun room that included a gas fireplace, screens, windows, and a deck. It took them about 2 to 3 months. They did contract some people out to do things. It was all providers that they use.
