VENABLE HEATING & COOLING

Mr. Venable has performed regular service on our A/C-Heating system for many years. About seven years ago he replaced our furnace. At that time the A/C was aging, but still functioning. Mr. Venable did minor repairs a couple of times over the ensuing years and enabled us to avoid replacing the A/C until absolutely necessary. When the time came, he responded quickly, stopping by for an estimate on the next business day; adjusting to our work schedules. Mr. Venable replaced the unit two days later, again adjusting to what was convenient for our schedules. Mr. Venable is always friendly, reliable, and prompt to respond to calls. It's comforting to have a trustworthy resource on which we know we can rely.

They did a very good job. They always come out to my house really quickly. They don't charge you extra for coming after hours. I've used them on other occasions as well. They have a prompt response.

We are pleased with the dependability of this company. We have used them several times and they always do the same high quality work. The crew is hard working and they explain everything they are doing in detail. They were comfortable to work with and if we have any problems with our air conditioning unit in the future we will be using them again.
