Cathy Truelove is honest. It was a really hot summer and she could not get to my house for about a week. It was really tough. Something in the air conditioner was broken and she replaced it. She showed me how to do it. She told me it was no big deal. She did not even have to take the whole thing apart. She was just so honest; it was stunning. She could have just as well spent the whole day and charged me $500 but she did not. She was good. She charged me a $120. She was super honest and really fast. She is very professional. She had good manners.
