Michael did a fantastic job! He was meticulous in his inspection and clearly explained all of the items of concern. He was knowledgeable of very specific code requirements and was also well versed in the overall principles of the home?s performance (this particular house was an Earthcraft home). In addition to getting a thorough home inspection, I felt I received an education.
