Bruce was amazing throughout our entire home buying process! My husband and I were buying a home for the first time and had no idea where to start. A friend of mine referred me to Bruce and so I gave him a call and I'm glad I did. I told him upfront that we knew nothing about the home buying process and he was very informative and patient with us. He answered every question we had along the way and went out of his way to find answers he wasn't sure of. 


After providing all of our wish list items, Bruce immediately started looking for our dream home.  Along the way we realized that we wanted to build a home and he switched gears without question and provided us with a list of builders and areas with new neighborhoods.  Once we found one we liked he got a tour scheduled for us and within a few days we were buying our first home. The home took about 6 months to build and Bruce stayed in touch with us the entire time with updates and answering our questions.


I definitely recommend Bruce to anyone looking for their dream home. We don't consider Bruce just our realtor, but also a friend and we will definitely use him again if/when we buy another home.
