SUPER SAFE TOTS

We have a wrought iron banister and railing, so we called to get an expert to install the gate for us. Within a week of my initial call, the gate was installed (and at a fair price --the 150 included the gate and the labor). It took Mr. Heinz about 1.5 hrs to install the gate. He is pleasant and professional and I would definitely hire him again.

Lou was great. I am a first rime mother and I've already had 1 accident with my son. He fell off the bed. So I was very concerned about the safety of my house. Lou went over all his products and gave me lots of choices, because I don't want anymore accidents I purchased everything. The safety of my son is most important. Lou helped me establish what was right for my house that is over 7,000 sq.ft. He installed gates, door latches, special receptacles, special door stops, table pads and he strapped down furniture. I feel like I got a great deal.

DID AN INSPECTION AND EVALUATION OF OUR HOME, AND THEN INSTALLED GATES, DRAWER LOCKS, TABLE PADS, OUTLET COVERS, ETC., BOLTED FURNITURE TO WALLS, ETC. BASICALLY CHILDPROOFED OUR ENTIRE HOUSE EXCEPT THOSE AREAS WHICH WE DECIDED TO KEEP ''OFF LIMITS'' AND HE INSTALLED LATCHES ON THOSE DOORS. LET US DECIDE HOW FAR WE WANTED TO GO IN TERMS OF HIS SERVICES AND GAVE US PEACE OF MIND - SOME PARTS WERE A LITTLE TRICKY AND WE PROBABLY WOULDN'T HAVE FIGURED OUT SOLUTIONS OURSELVES. NOT MUCH OF A PERSONALITY, BUT WE WEREN'T LOOKING TO BE LIFELONG FRIENDS. ALSO RATHER PRICEY, BUT IT WAS CONVENIENT NOT TO HAVE TO SEPARATELY RUN OUT AND BUY EVERYTHING, AND YOU PAY FOR THE CONVENIENCE. HE WAS THERE FOR A SOLID 8 HOURS.
