Neil Struby sets a new level for execution and service. I have dealt with many contractors in the past and I have never experienced this level of courtesy and professionalism. Not only did all subcontractors arrive on time but Neil personally followed-up every day to insure the project was progressing to my satisfaction. In summary, Struby Construction has renewed my faith in contractors!

They have always been fantastic. They have been out to our home to do several minor jobs and the work is always great.

This project had loomed large for our family for 10 years. We feared our 1925 bungalow would present several challenges. Struby Construction was calm, highly efficient, and extraordinarily professional. They finished the project in 16 weeks, 1 week ahead of schedule, and within budget. The craftsmanship was excellent. We highly recommend them.

They completed the project on time and within budget (that was including additions that we made during the project). Neil is very thorough,he's on site,easy to work with, and his quality of work was excellent.

This went better than we thought it could have. While kitchen renovations while you're living in the house just aren't fun, we were pleasantly surprised with how far Neil and his crews went to minimize our burden. They were fast, friendly, and we trusted them completely in our home. Trusting the people in our home was very important, since we'd had a break-in in the previous 6 months and were still very nervous about letting folks back in to our house. Neil even took extra care to keep our family pet safe and minimize the time she was locked in a bedroom (he'd let her in and out himself as needed so she didn't stay locked up all day while we were gone). In addition to taking such good care of our property, we never felt like Neil was trying to get more money out of us or raise prices on us. We feared we'd get "stuck" with hidden charges somewhere with a project so big, but he was up front about everything and never tried to squeeze through additional charges. And the results are gorgeous! We get compliments from everyone who comes in. Neil provided as much or as little advice on the design and decor as we wanted, and we couldn't have hoped for better results. The work was high quality and we've had no issues since. We had heard nothing but good things about Struby Construction when we decided to go with them and we couldn't be more pleased. We understand Neil has since won awards for professionalism and customer service and we know why. We'd use him again in a heartbeat, and would recommend him to anyone. His prices were reasonable in comparison to our other estimates and his work was great.
