He was hired to do my yard, changed the price when he got here which was ok. Then he kept making excuses about how difficult certain things were to do. He did the front yard and I paid him for it. He said he was coming back two days later with one of his workers to finish the back yard . Never heard from him since after multiple calls. I reached out to his wife or assistant whoever that was, they said they was looking into it, they never got back to me. Called them both and there was no answer no calls returned. Horrible. I do not recommend

The owner replied to my inquiry quickly and the crew leader gave me an ONSITE quote the same day. Services were scheduled quickly. The crew arrived in a timely manner. Unfortunately, the job was not done to the standards professed on their website nor was the crew professional. Even after coming back out to "correct" and/or "finish" the job, it still looks unsightly and incomplete. - There are parts of my front yard that were not mowed. - They did not edge the yard at all. - The weeds were cut down but not removed - There are branches and debris in the walkway, front stoop, car port and window sills. - The trimmings and bags are still in a big loose pile on my front lawn. I was told the county may or may not pick them up; I may need to call to have a special bulk pick up requested (at my own cost). After discussing my concerns with the owner and crew leader, we basically had to agree to disagree on what was to be included in the scope of work. If you choose to work with the company, please be sure you both have a clear understanding of what's included and not included in your scope of work.
