SASVS GENERAL CONTRACTING

This was our second time using SASVS. I contacted three remodelors to bid the job and SASVS was $5000 under the other two remodeler quotes. Sabah was very patient with our mid-project change orders and charged very fair prices for the upgrades. Job site was left very neat at the end of each work day and the workers were very fast and polite. The custom glass shower door was the tiniest bit off and Sabah made the shower door comany take it back and recut it which I thought was great attention to detail. Every problem or issue that came up was dealt with promptly and fairly. I feel like I got tremendous a value and quailty workmanship. I set tile for a few years as a college student and was very pleased with the quality of the tile work.

Sabah was great! He's a one-stop shop and had a keen eye for what was going on inside and outside my unit. Without going into too much detail, the "flaw" in my building proved to be a massive headache for over two years; no one was taking responsibility (HOA, management, the construction company, etc) and situation worsened exponentially over that time. When the construction company did finally step up to the plate, they did a incomplete job with the exterior repairs. However, I would have been oblivious to that fact had Sabah not raised a flag when he came in to estimate my interior repairs. He pointed out immediately that exterior had not been fully corrected and- in the long run- that saved me another inevitable headache. Once the exterior was truly and adequately repaired, Sabah came in and did exactly as his estimate stated, in the time he estimated, and within the price estimated. I have since referred him to all of my friends. And now you.
