We were not impressed with Rubicon. We purchased a foreclosure and had to do a lot of work to it and Rubicon was a preferred provider of the bank where we got the loan. Rubicon's subcontractors were good but the services they provided was poor, both the management of the job and the work their direct employees provided. The project started in August and was supposed to be completed in October but we did not do final sign off until February. The only time they came out to the site was when we requested, they did not come out to do regular inspections after the subs had been onsite. One good example is they installed an 8' wide sliding glass door and did not put in a header. The only reason we found out was because the door was installed inside out. When they reinstalled the door, they left a 6" wide gap with no insulation. When I brought this to Jason's attention, he said that because we were going to add trim and caulk it there would be no need for insulation. After that I ripped the trim off the front door they installed and also found a wide gap without insulation. After the electricians ran the wiring for the kitchen, Rubicon did not inspect the work. When the appliances were ready to be installed we realized there was no plug for the mini refrigerator. There were many issues like this. The only reason they are getting a B for Quality is because they have good subcontractors. We do not recommend using Rubicon.

They did not do a good job. I was not impressed with them. They were not very expensive to the process. I would not use them again.
