Chris was very responsive to our needs and desires in a house, and suggested several possible avenues of approach we hadn't considered. She showed us a wide variety of houses, and listened to our feedback regarding what we did and didn't like. When we decided on a house, she gave us sound advice regarding negotiation and drove that process quickly and smoothly.
