I CALLED MR. TAYLOR AND HE WAS PROMPT AND EFFICIENT. HE SET AN APPOINTMENT TO MEASURE, DISCUSS AND INFORMED ME OF HIS ABILITY TO FABRICATE THE RAILING. LATER, HE SENT A DRAWING OF THE PROPOSED RAIL.
HE KEPT ME APPRISED OF THE PROJECT AS HE WAS BUILDING IT AND THEM ARRIVED TO INSTALL THE COMPLETED RAIL. HIS ARTISTIC ABILITY AND PROFESSIONAL INSTALLATION WAS MOST IMPRESSIVE. WORKMANSHIP WAS OF THE HIGHEST QUALITY.
