Description of Work: Strip and recover 2-storey bay window. Replace rotting sheathing; install housewrap and seal; recover exterior of bay with fiber cement sheathing; replace picture window found to have rotting frame.

+ -1 moreThe people were prompt with email and were willing to come in and do the work while I was at work which was nice. What I was extremely displeased about was paying $450+ just to rehang a cabinet. When the person came to give me an estimate, I told her about where the cabinet bought, not liking how the back of it was painted instead of wood, etc. From our conversation, I was under the impression that they were going to replace the cabinet. You can imagine how displeased I was when I came home to discover they just rehung the old cabinet. The amount we paid I feel was excessive. To top it off, when I opened up the cabinet, there was a piece of wood inside, making it impossible for me to put shelves back up, so I had to call them back to take it out. I will never call these people back.
Description of Work: I was expecting them to replace a corner cabinet door which fell down. Instead, they just rehung the one that fell down.

+ -1 moreAmazing Workmanship and Outstanding Value. The crew is very dependable, polite and concerned about the quality of the product. Other estimates were from 8 to 12 weeks and Pro-Cision completed the work in a little over 3 weeks - Even the Inspector was impressed - and the work site was always kept clean - which is very important in a neighborhood setting. If you have Pro-Cision do the work you will never consider using anyone else to do your renovations. I am extremely pleased with every aspect of working with them.
Description of Work: I have been renovating and flipping homes for several years - and many have required major re-construction. It has always been a problem finding a builder who would estimate and accurately deliver a high quality finished product on schedule and without endless add-ons. I am currently renovating an early 1900 cottage in Marietta which required the demolition of about 40 percent of the house and a new addition. I had several estimates and although Pro-Cision was not the lowest they had outstanding recommendations. I decided to follow those recommendations - and I must tell you I am extremely pleased.

+ 1 moreThey did a great job of re-designing our kitchen & they even installed skylights for us. They made really good design suggestions for modifications we needed. They were very flexible if wanted to change something or do something different & if there were any bumps in the road. They wanted to please and to do a good job for us. They are a small, family owned company & we would use them again.
Description of Work: They did a complete remodeling of our kitchen. They also built a decking staircase going up to our roof.
