Terrible, the treadmill got stuck in the door frame. They ended up scratching the entire side of the treadmill and the door frame. The on/off switch was broken and the treadmill won't work. They made one attempt to fix it and could not. The manager wouldn't speak with us or answer our emails. Even the corporate representative was unable to get the manager to work with us to resolve the complaint. We thought we were hiring a professional and what we got was horrible service .
