General Remodeling
PAID IN FULL ON 11/24/04. WORKED IN MY HOME UNTIL 11:00 PM 11/24, WORK INCOMPLETE. I WAS LEAVING TOWN NEXT DAY WITH PROMISE FOR WORK TO BE COMPLETED ON RETURN. TO DATE, POPCORN CEILING'S NOT DONE, DOORBELL REPLACEMENT INCOMPLETE, DOOR LEFT OF HINGES, TILES MOVING. MULTIPLE EXCUSES FOR NOT COMPLETING WORK. MY SON WAITED 12/10/04 UNTIL 1:00 PM; NO SHOW. CONTACTED AT 6:00 PM. I WAS TOLD THAT HE WAS ''SHOPPING FOR MY SUPPLIES''. HE AGREED TO COMPLETE WORK 12/11/04. CONTACTED AT 10:35 AM; NO RESPONSE. 2ND CALL AT APPROXIMATELY 1:40 PM; RETURNED CALL ONLY WHEN MESSAGE LEFT RE: CONTRACT DATES AND AGREEMENT. EXCUSE: ''HAS TO SPEND TIME WITH FAMILY.'' WORK BEGAN ON 11/21 WAS SUPPOSED TO BE COMPLETED BY THE 24TH, PER CONTRACT AGREEMENT. HE STATED MY HOURS ARE TO IRREGULAR. CURRENT AGREEMENT: WORK COMPLETION DUE MONDAY 12/13/04 9 AM.
