Very easy to work with. I used them about 3-4 times for woodwork outside. They built my stairs, trellis system and extension to my deck

I hired Marvin to replace an exterior shutter that had blown off in a recent storm. It was easy to work with him on the scheduling of the job. He did an excellent job, and now that I have seen his work, I will definitely hire him for other jobs around the house.

Perfect! Marvin Nelms came out exactly when he said he would and had my faucet installed in less than 20 minutes! He also showed me some trouble areas where there is heavy rust under the sink drain that I need to keep an eye on. He was courteous, friendly and professional and I plan to call him for other projects in the future.

Nelms Services does great work and are very professional. Would definitely hire again and have hired several times over the past 5 years or so as well as referred to other home owners. Thanks Marvin, I will have more work for you for sure!

Professional and easy to work with

Mr. Nelms is very professional and honest. He makes sure that the job is satisfactory for his customer. We had a couple of things that needed correcting he made sure he corrected them in a very timely manner and asked no questions. I would definitely use him again. I was very pleased with Mr. Nelms.

He, conscientiously, was real good.  I remember the price was reasonable.

Marvin and his team did another wonderful job for me! I have an old house and every renovation I do entails a lot of problem solving and creative solutions. Marvin makes it all work and calls support in as needed. He also is very patient if I change my mind and add new projects on as we go along. My bathroom looks amazing and I could not be happier with the service, quality of work, and timeline. I will be calling him again next month for my master bathroom.

Went fine. Sent someone else out to do thee work on his behalf, so never met Marvin actually face-to-face, but overall what the person did was good.

OMG! It went beautifully! Marvin sent a guy over named, Jose. Jose understood everything I wanted done. I had a good feeling about "Nelms" and Jose and the 1'st day. What I thought would take 2 days, took 2! The price was great and the quality of work "top-drawer!" I left Jose alone most of day #1 and totally alone day 2! I came home, he was cleaning up and I couldn't have been happier!

On initial consult I told Mr. Nelms what it was that I wanted to be done (replace bathroom drywall and ceiling, reduce size of soffet, paint) in the bathroom. Mr. Nelms was very open and honest about the scope of work, the price and his skill with drywall. We were a little skeptical because of the previous fail on skimming the wall, but Mr. Nelms reassured us that this was the easiest, fastest, cheapest way to meet our goals. Not only did he save us a lot of money, it looks like new drywall too! I can't thank Mr. Nelms enough for his work.

It went very well. He was punctual and efficient in his trade. He was very courteous. 

I was under a timeline constraint to get repairs done on items pointed out by a building inspector on a a house sale. Marvin came through taking care of all the items I needed in a timely fashion and did a great job on all of it. He is prompt, honest, and a hard worker. I will use him in the future on my new house and would highly recomend him.
